Managing Director
Mr. Kingston Ng is a corporate leader with more than 27 years of regional experience in investment management, deal structuring, credit financing, and project execution across multiple industries.
Over the course of his career, he has served in key leadership roles including CEO, Group Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Group Investment, General Manager, and Credit Analyst. He is also recognized for rapidly leading an independent trust company to Top Trustee recognition within his first year as CEO.

A senior legal and corporate advisory professional with 37 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, public listings, corporate restructuring, and regulatory advisory across multiple industries.
Peter Chan is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with extensive experience in commercial and corporate law. His legal background covers public listings, delisting exercises, MBOs, corporate loans, mergers and acquisitions, and broader corporate finance matters.
He has served on the boards of public listed companies as an independent non-executive director and was the last sitting director of Metroplex Bhd. His industry exposure also includes hospitality, education, retail, and property-related businesses through directorship roles across established corporate groups.

A finance executive with over 20 years of experience across financial reporting, financial advisory, IPO-related work, and business management within listed and manufacturing companies.
Pang Wei Pin brings extensive experience in financial management, advisory, reporting, and corporate leadership. His background includes IPO-related exposure within the manufacturing industry, along with senior finance and business management responsibilities.
He has served as CFO of a listed company and played a key leadership role in trading and manufacturing businesses in Malaysia.
